@MichaelInTheDesert exactly what I was thinking. It is an epidemic in our country and not the parents' fault. We need research into WHY it is so prevalent.

@SuperStoner86 To be fair, people are born with that hair color so there is no way of knowing if it was dyed or not and it is not necessarily a Karen cut; it's the same kind of style boys wore all the time in the 70's. He is not wearing make-up. As for the nail polish, a friend of our family had a young boy who was always wearing his mom's red nail polish; my dad used to teasingly call him Rosie. This was in the early 60's. Rosie grew up to serve in the United States Navy and became a fine family man. Please calm down. You are reading far too much into this child's appearance.
