In the US, corporations have attained the rights of "persons" and that is at the crux of how they have amassed the power to do whatever they want. I agree that this documentary deserves a much wider audience. We are on borrowed time. People must wake up. Strength to the indigenous people and others who are actively fighting these evil forces.

Excellent discussion. Could have easily listened to another hour of this. Please bring Mr. Kucinich back for an extended interview. What is he doing now? Would he consider running for office outside the democratic party? Clearly it is a waste for someone with his knowledge, experience and evolved thinking to be sidelined at a time when so many more people are waking up to the true state of affairs as he described them. He was ahead of his time when he ran for president before. He looks and acts younger than Biden. Sharp as a tack. I think he would pick up a lot of supporters he missed the first time around. We desperately need someone of his caliber to run.

I am 14 minutes in and baling out because it's the same old T vs B discussion we have already heard ad nauseum without any discussion of third party candidates when at least one, RFK Jr, has a viable candidacy. There is nothing in this podcast that we can't hear on msm.

@andreschang8526 It looks like they are just doing an episode for the sake of doing an episode but were too lazy to do the homework necessary for a real analysis of this election. I hate to say that, but this was beyond boring, disappointing and downright useless.

RFK Jr is the only candidate focused on this issue.. He is advocating for the use of beneficial application of AI and against the nefarious uses that could strip us of our freedoms. He sees both the pluses and the negative and that is why he chose a running mate who is an expert in AI.

@yegfreethinker Environmental abuse and destruction are not necessary for opportunities to exist. Economic development is worthless to someone who has died of cancer. The oil industry has proven over and over again that it is a ruthless beast with absolutely no regard for human life or the environment.

This entire conversation is irrelevant when those candidates are ignored. RFK Jr, especially, is a huge factor given his remarkable standing in the poles which make him the only viable third party candidate at this point, These independent news networks are completely missing the point when they ignore all these candidates. At this point in history, breaking the hold of the duopoly is a priority and RFK Jr is our best chance of doing that in spite of the fact that he does not check all the boxes of what I or many others want, He is no worse than B or T on the genocide but he is way way better on everything else and is out to defeat the duopoly. I will not vote for T or B and I will not hand either party a victory by abstaining. KENNEDY2024

A commitment to ending the corporate capture of government agencies and a 40 year track record of successfully suing corporations and corrupt government agencies are just a couple of the reasons I am supporting RFK Jr. Kennedy is also focused on ending the epidemic of chronic disease in this country that now plagues 60% of our populations. The toxicity in our environment and especially our work places has to end and KENNEDY is the only one even talking about this. He is the candidate to support if you care about your health and workers' rights.

This was so informative. I do not want to hurt anyone's feelings with this comment, but you should know that most of the times when a notification for TRNN comes I do not click on it because the intro music and images are so very mournful and depressing that I dread hearing that compounded with what I know is going to be very serious content. Please consider updating your intro to something that is not so eerily dystopian, something a bit more neutral in tone.
