  1. In order for the international court to pass a sentence against Putin and against Russia for using internationally forbidden phosphorus shells (bombs) and issue a mandate of arrest of Putin and another penalty mandate against Russia to pay for all damages against Ukraine, first Ukraine has to send an application in English to the international court to send members of the UN to come and collect the physical valid evidence of every kind proving that phosphorus shells or phosphorus bombs has been used. Without an overwhelming evidence collected by the international court and United Nations, the international court could not properly and successfully pass a valid sentence against Putin and penalties against Russia to force it to pay, (if necessary with the Russian money which are frozen or blocked in Western banks). The incompetence of Ukrainian people and Ukrainian government for not making such application in English starting now to be given to the international court to invite it and members of the United Nations, to come and collect every kind of evidence about the criminal illegal use of phosphorus shells and cluster bombs with intend to murder Ukrainian citizens, could not force or make the international court issue a mandate of arrest against Putin and of penalty against Russia to be forced to pay with its frozen or blocked assets of hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine for the damages that Russia made in Ukraine. Give this message to the Ukrainian Parliament members and to the President Zelensky, IF YOU ARE AN UKRAINIAN WHO IS NOT A TRAITOR, if you do not want to be accused later for keeping important information worth hundreds of billions of dollars that Ukraine and the Ukrainian citizens will loose if all the proper documentation and proves to be collected by independent non-Ukrainian people from the international court and the UN, are not collected and filled as evidence.
