IS VERY EASY TO ANSWER WHY 100 billion Euro may not fix the Germany's military. 100 billion can NOT fix the German military because the German military is very, very corrupt with bureaucracy having more bureaucrats than fighters (than soldiers) than operators of weapons, and very small number of advanced weapons technology will be bought since most of the money will go to buy pencil for the bureaucrats and for their diverse salary and for the politicians for many years before any small amounts of weapons will ever be bought. The Present bureaucratic and political system to impeach Germany to ever have again a "mighty" and extraordinary army, but rather have Germany subjugated and occupied again,

bureaucratic system won't be easy to change if the German people won't start another revolutionary party to impose the changes for the sake of the salvation of the nation.. Makes you wonder what are the bureaucrats employed for? The Army's personal is made up of more bureaucrats than weapons operators (than soldiers) whether we are talking about pilots or drivers of tanks and armored vehicles, or operators of radars and missiles, and so on, weapons which Germany
has fewer
than for example Poland or Sweden or Finland has. By corrupt we mean that Germany's military is created with more bureaucrats than with functional, ready to use advanced and enough weapons, such as missiles, fighter jets, equipment for soldiers, tanks and advanced cannons, armored vehicles, sniper riffles and so on and on, and a fighter personal (soldiers) in enough number to mirror it's huge population of around ninety million citizens.

The bureaucratic army has been created based on the idea of monitoring and having the American soldiers, American weapons and equipment fight for Germany and count on the USA, but starting with the unification

of the EU changed everything and the German government should have understood and should not have remained lazy and counting on the Americans to provide the defense of Germany without Germany's total involvement with new technological weapons and personal to illustrate the high population number and the high GDP that Germany earned since 1999 forward. It is very ironic having an economy extremely competitive but having an Army (the military) transformed into a totally incompetent and noncompetitive military

The Germany of today has less advanced weapons and active soldiers to operate them than the employed number of bureaucrats and the number of retired soldiers. It means that right now,
even Poland
could take over
Germany and annex at least half of Germany to Poland, because truly Poland could beat and defeat right now Germany. Another way is that Poland and France could each take over half of Germany and annex each of them half of Germany to their own countries and surely there is no one that could oppose the partition of Germany between France and Poland. They could do it just because is the only way to save the German people from foolishness wasting so much
money on
the military but without any efficient competent German defensive army to be capable enough to withstand together with the other members of the EU against a possible invasion of a Russian empire with a future possible mandatory giant army. At this time the German military is not competent or able to defeat the Polish Army in competition. In fact even the Romanians by themselves could defeat Germany. Surely we look now at the fall of Germany as a nation (if nothing changes).
Germany,
will be
taken over by foreign powers even while Germany is a member of the EU if Germany's military remains in the shape that exists today. Where is the high disciplined and the mighty German Army ? Is Germany trying to punish the USA or the EU ? because if so, then it truly doesn't , but it punishes itself into becoming easily pray, and then subjugated, followed by possible extinction through assimilation by the bold. If Russia arrange for a cease fire and stop the war for a while to regroup and buy and rearm more, and drive through Belarus toward Poland, then Poland for the sake of their own national preservation to suffer no
war destruction
on their land, may have to agree then in such situation with Russia (if France won't partition Germany with Poland), then Poland may have to head together with Russia toward Germany to split it in half for Poland to take the East of it and Russia the west since will be beneficial for Russia to have direct access to the Nordic Sea. This comment (because the German military is so weak, so pathetic, so fallen apart, so useless from a military point of view to
the EU,
so easy pray to be shot down and conquered (Russia now knows it) ; if France after a secret arrangement with the USA, won't decide soon with Poland to take over Germany and split it in half to annex it half to France and half to Poland, [ granting to the USA the lands that the USA's military have in Germany ], then Russia and Poland will just do it, so that there won't be bombing destruction over Poland [once Russia will take over most of Ukraine and
reduce it
to rubble
