  2.  @SawBSketch  DEI was pushing a diversity quota leading to unqualified people getting hired at the expensed of qualified workers. In today's world if you are qualified you will get hired, period. Stop with the soft bigotry of low expectations.

  7. A couple of things. One, the standards are lowered and two, many qualified people are denied a job because it will make the department too white.

  8. Because under Trump's first term things were better, the economy was strong and the world was more peaceful. Under Biden things were terrible. Inflation was low when Biden entered office, it spiked under him. Biden ordered the Afghanistan pull out. Putin did not invade Ukraine under Trump, he did under Biden. Fact is Biden was a terrible president and people saw it and voted against that.
