  2. Some of it is feelings which is why we have a jury. There is a strong argument that this is all political. Look at Bragg's record. While he is dropping felony charges to misdemeanors and this situation happened 8 years and is now being pushed during election time, it is arguable that this is based on feeling. So a jury member seeing that can rule not guilty based on what is being pushed.
