You have a woman who comes out of the wood work 30 years later, can't remember the day or year it happened, claimed to have stains on her dress but can't provide the evidence (and who doesn't wash a dress in 30 years and keep it). NY changes the rules for her and hold case in a democrat district. Her story matches that of a Law and Order episode. The judge was the mentor to the lawyer. The list goes on. This is purely a political hit job.

  3. There is a lot of defense. Where is the so call dress with evidence? How the story matches a Law and Order episode. How she came out 30 years later but does not remember any of the details. The judge has a prior relationship with Carroll's lawyer and did not disclose that. That is really enough to get the case to be overturned.

  8.  @jankyth3456  again, the judge had a prior relationship with Carroll's lawyer. That is actually enough to get him relieved from the case as he did not disclose it. You have to because then the defendant can request and get a different lawyer to prevent bias. You also have the fact that she changed her story, she could not produce the dress, the rules in NY were changed just for her, etc. Take off your Trump hating glasses and you will see that. No different than with Fani Willis and her corruption being exposed in Georgia.

  12.  @serendipityshopnyc Carroll was asked to present the dress in the previous trial and could not even though she claimed she had it. So she lied there. Also, he was not found guilty of anything, he was found liable. There is a difference. There are so many red flags with this case that Trump should easily win an appeal. However, with how corrupt the liberal elites are that will not be the case.
