@phaZed9 thanks. During Trump's presidency I was receiving my MBA along side my PhD. I had a professor who had us in our first paper look up certain FRED stats and comment on them. His goal was this, it was to show us where we can find valuable stats.
There is more to the economy than job numbers, inflation, and unemployment. You have other issues like labor participation rate, wage growth, homeownership rates, etc. There are a ton of numbers.
:Pakman picks a handful and while yes, more jobs are good, that question is now, what else? Really, the Fed can see this as an excuse to keep interest rates high. In that lowering interest rates too soon can lead to inflation again. And thus, homeownership rates remain low where typically 3/4 of a person's wealth is tied into their home.
