  2. Both Truman and Washington served two terms. As far as I know we have not seen this where a sitting president refuses to run for a second term.

  3.  @OneEyeShadow  that is not the argument. Washington did not run again because he did not want to create the seat of the presidency to be king. He set that standard and future presidents, besides FDR, followed suit. It isn't about them being fit or not but about setting a standard that you serve your two terms and then go back to what you were doing.

Along with that, Biden has tried many times to become president and failed until 2020, and when he became president he was so gone mentally he is going down in record as one of the worst presidents ever. That is Biden's record.
