  15. They did not give Trump due process. They are punishing an innocent man. Now they won't be punished. However, I would not be surprised of a 9-0 decision by the supreme court to overrule this.

Here is a simple example on my last point. Nick Saban lost 8 bowl games in his career, more than Lane Kiffin who lost only 4 bowl games. So according to you Lan Kiffin is a better football coach.
