Look at the Kennedy-Nixon debate, the first televised in history. It changed the political landscape. And no, Harris has not already won. She has peaked and is now starting to slip. They have to make difficult decisions quickly. When Obama did a drone strike killing an American without due process that can be considered illegal. However, Obama did it in self defense of the nation. If he did something wrong then Congress can impeach him and remove him from office. We have checks and balance in this nation. The SC ruling did not make a president king, it gave them immunity in many cases. If they violate their position then there are ways for congress to punish the president. So I will still support the ruling if they made the same one with Biden.
