Comments by "" (@1987BillyBob) on "Court SAVES Trump, drops bond 68%, gives him 10 more days" video.
What laws did he break?
2
It is an excessive fine when there was no victim to begin with.
2
@chandelier6811 it is not that simple. These things take time. Changing the bond is step one. This is going to keep getting pushed to try to change the ruling as a whole.
2
@kenwhite6449 doubt it will, it is excessive and has never been done before. Also, there was no victim.

You calling his "following" a cult and a third grade education is a big reason why so many supported Trump. People became sick of someone like you talking down to them. I support Trump, I have reasons why. I have a PhD and an MBA, so I am highly educated.

@brigham2250 it was from an accredited university. During my PhD studies I had 7 peer reviewed papers, 4 I am first author on. Unlike "Dr." Jill Biden, my dissertation has actual value and actual work was put in it. Here "dissertation" was what, 3 chapters? Before I even got to my papers the first three chapters were introduction, theory and experimental set up. But I doubt you even read a peer reviewed paper or dissertation to begin with.

@brigham2250 I am not pro fascist which is why I support Trump. First president in my lifetime to not get us involved in a new war. He reduced the size of the federal government as president and wanted more state rights. But Mr. History Man, how is Trump a fascist? Please tell me.
1
@brigham2250 so you have no answer. You claim Trump is a fascist but can't explain why. Meanwhile you have Trump being removed from ballots for not even being convicted of a crime. You have this situation in NY where there was no victim but his property may be taken away from him. I see what is going on. The fact you cannot answer the question supports my case, that Trump is not a fascist.

Yes, a two tiered system. Trump is a threat to the liberal elites so they are attacking him with made up charges.

The whole thing is a political attack on Trump. There was no victim. The loan was paid back in whole.

What crimes?
1
@kenwhite6449 fines and bonds this high in a case where there is no victim. This was brought up by a rogue AG with clear political motives.

@kenwhite6449 Also, this is going to be bad for NY if the punishment actually goes through. If he property is taken that means many jobs will go away and the market in NYC will go under. .

@kenwhite6449 what fraud was committed? The bank agreed on the value of his property, gave him a loan, and he paid it back in full.
1
@psongman9536 just because the government values property differently still does not make it fraud. In fact, one aspect in valuing property is the tax rate. If the property tax rate is too high the value would be lower for the case of the loan. Because if the bank needs to seize the property they will have to pay the taxes. What you have here is two different entities valuing something at different amounts. In the case of the government they valued the property lower, which is normal as the government really cannot take the property, and too high of faxes is bad for businesses. With the bank they felt the value was higher which is also normal as they can actually take the property and generate revenue off of it if the loan is not paid off. Also, there are other factors involved in a loan as well such as credit history, a down payment, etc. which also influences more than just the dollar amount but also repayment plans and interest rates. And even with all of this, we are comparing apples and oranges here, taxes vs a loan. If NYC wanted more taxes, raise the rate. You are tired of explaining because you have nothing.
