He is not going to be the one doing the actual science. He is going to be an administrator. I work for one of the largest scientific companies in the world. Our CEO has an economic degree, not a science one. People like me do the science for the company.

My manager has no science background. Neither does his manager. My company is a scientific company, one of the largest in the world. The CEO has a degree in economics. He is not doing the science, he is running the company. In fact, in a lot of ways you don't want someone with a science background in that position. You want someone with management abilities. Case in point, look at Fauci and how terrible he was in leading us through covid.

@Dan210871 RFK supports vaccine, he has said so many times. Also, he cannot ban a vaccine mandate as mandates are state issued via the 10th amendment. What he wants is more research done on them and more exposure for the people. But he supports vaccines, he has said so many time.

What inaction? He did a travel ban from China and was called a racist. He introduced us to Fauci only for Fauci to stab Trump in the back and become a celebrity as opposed to being a doctor. He gave NY a Navy ship to be used as a temporary hospital only for Cuomo to botch his response and write a book about it. Fact is no matter what Trump did you guys would have ridiculed him. He could have done a federal lockdown and a federal mask mandate and you guys would have slammed down your masks and gathered in large crowds in the streets calling him a fascist.

True. Also, the US, if I recall, is the only nation that allows pharma companies to advertise. The covid vaccine is the only one I see being advertised.

There is a desire to have regulations, but they have to have value to start. Also, they should not exist to favor corruption. As RFK is saying, these good companies are making bank off of the FDA with these ingredients. Next, the main point is that government should be there to give information to the people and allow them to make their own decisions. Take a medication like Vioxx. It was FDA approved but was later pulled because it was said to cause heart attacks. However, it worked great in stopping pain. Say someone is old and in major pain and Vioxx increased heart attack chances by 25%, should the patient be informed that and be given the option?

He is not anti-vax. I am not either. I support vaccines that have been used for decades and actually work. Not a new vaccine for a disease I have a well over 99% chance of surviving from and is being advertised to me by big pharma.

Well, here is the reality. Give it time and you will find out things are not going to be doomsday. In fact, when everything is said and done Trump will become a top 5 president of all time with all that he will do. The nation will be much better, the people will be more unified as those who voted for Harris will realize the lies of Trump pushed by the liberal elites, and the liberal elites will be taken down.

@DeepStateMarxist and this is a problem with you guys. You guys have no clue how institutions like this function. Let me keep it simple for you. Someone with an engineering degree can most likely tell you how a plane works. Now do you want that person flying a 757 full of passengers? If they are not a piolet then no. But by your standard they are more than qualified to fly a plane simply because they know how it works based on their engineering background. This is why Trump won, he knows how these institutions work. RFK will be in a position similar to that of a manager. Just like the CEO of my company, he has an economics degree where we are literally a scientific company. Why was he picked? Because he is not the one doing the science, I am. He is running the company. Trump won because you pick people who are incompetent to do their job. In fact, I would not want a scientist in that position because chances are they failed as a scientist so they decided to go into admin. Just like how Fauci failed as a doctor.

@emmajones8590 no one is forcing pregnancies. And no one is removing medical treatment for transgender. As for no fault divorce, there are solid arguments there. When you have money involved it can get messy with people making false claims. And it is unfair for men as women always get the upper hand.

@Noreb red states have less government involvement in people's lives. The government main thing in red states is to protect the citizens such as going after criminals, especially violent ones. You have NY that has Alvin Bragg that is more concerned about jailing Trump's accountant because he did not list a car on a tax document but want to put Daniel Perry in prison for trying to prevent a violent criminal from harming people. Or you have MN from being put in prison for life simply because he was trying to control a man high on drugs. There is a reason why people are leaving those states.

To start, he supports vaccines. He has said so many times. Next, as for "horse medicine", if you are talking about ivermectin there are human dosage for it. It is safe for human. The founders received a Nobel Prize for it. Doctors were prescribing it at the time as there was a chance it could work on covid. It wasn't "horse medicine". However, you were supporting the idea of people going to a parking lot and having some unknown guy in a mask inject an unknown fluid in you. That is crazy.
