  4. Fun fact, from 2004 to 2016 homeownership rate dropped 6%. Under Trump it grew 5%. People were able to afford homes under Trump.

Under Obama wage growth was around 2%, under Trump it was over 3% where the lower 1/4 of wage earners saw their wages grow around 5% where under Obama it grew around 1%. So if you are saying it was because of policies implemented under Obama, why didn't they kick in until Trump took office?
