He wanted the tax cuts on the middle and lower class to be permanent for for individual income tax cuts to be permanent (meaning there is no expiration date) you need 60 votes in the Senate where every democrat in the Senate voted against it. Not to be rude but you need to learn basic facts before you form an opinion. As for the SALT, don't live in a state with high taxes. As for the border, he secured it before covid. But to your point on covid and the border, Biden wanted a vaccine mandate but immigrants were being allowed in without being tested nor vaccinated.
