  2.  @davidclark573  the SC was not afraid to rule, they made the ruling. Trump was never found guilty of committing an insurrection. Also, it was a federal election and thus Congress has to make the decision. Not some random court in some random state.

  3.  @davidclark573  the SC ruled a state could not take Trump off of the ballot as he was not found guilty of an insurrection. Also, since it was a federal election Congress gets to decide, not states.
