  2. Saying "facts" is flawed. You can give two experts the same set of facts and get two legit but different answers. Take this issue on crime. Every state and local entity reports it differently over the years. Laws change. CA changed laws making certain crimes felonies to misdemeanors. So you are dealing with flaw data. There is data showing crime is down but there is also data showing it going up, especially in major cities. So in reality saying crime is up or down is flawed on both ways.
