As was shown in 2020 he supports it, he wants them regulated. So going back to 2016 it is showing that he should not have used them in their current state. So again, where has he said he wants to do away with H1B visas? There is a difference between wanting to do away with them and regulating them. This is with immigration in general. Trump supporters don't oppose immigrants. We feel it should be regulated and restricted. That is the difference. I know you guys love open borders and allowing anyone and their grandma to come in, but we want immigration to be restricted and control so safe, productive people come in.

Knowing Trump and his policies he 100% support immigrants, so do Trump supporters. They just feel it should be regulated. I see nothing indicated Trump wanted to completely do away with H1B visas. I know to you leftists immigration is a 100% black or white issues, either allow everyone in or no one, but it doesn't work out that way.

You have this case, when has he ever said he wanted to do away with H1B completely? Never. He said it should be regulated and that has been consistent on his stance on immigration, period. As for aiding the rich, that is exactly what the democrats do. How often have they been in power? Many times. When have they raised taxes on the rich? Why didn't they pass the Freedom of Choice Act? When have they expanded social programs? Never. It is because they tell you how bad things are, and that they are here to help and then do nothing. Trump gained voted in the black, hispanic and asian communities because democrats for years have done nothing to help them. The one area democrats gained votes in were wealth white men. Congrats, you are the party of wealthy white men.

  33.  @beelzeduck  I saw the quote, it was short and with little to no context. To me, knowing Trump's record and what he has said often he is talking about H1B visas in the current state. I never heard him once saying he wants to completely do away with it. Trump's stance on immigration is that we need immigrants, that they need to come here legally and it needs to be regulated. Even with he did his "muslim ban" in his first term, he had an exception for those who were coming to the US as international students. The evidence thereof is overwhelming. It is easy to fall victim of his haters' almost gish gallop-like way of saying contradictory statements.

I pointed out his Muslim ban. He stated he was going to do one. When he did in his first term (not really but let us play here) he had exceptions for those nations for international students, that they can come to the US. That is Trump's point on immigration. He wants it regulated, but he supports it. In your quote alone is shows he has to take a strong, good hard look and come up with plans. The plan is not to eliminate the H1B visas but instead regulate it. So I have addressed everything. You are the one that has no understanding of Trump. You are a part of the cult like left that feel with him he wants to kick out all brown people which is no true. He simply wants immigration regulated to avoid situations such as allowing 60,000 migrants in a town of 60,000 people and wonder why there is a mess but saying they are asylum seekers.
