  6.  @TimSpangler-rd6vs  gag orders are typically in place to protect the defendant. The defendant hardly ever gets a gag order because they are the one on trial. The idea of the gag order is to prevent any kind of information from reaching the jury outside of the courtroom. That adds another point, this case is so high profiled that info is going to reach the jury anyways.

  7.  @jamesbullock3493  you do know that Biden dodged the draft claiming he had asthma and the later claimed he was a life guard. If you have asthma you cannot be a life guard. Also, it isn't on if Trump is a hero. Under him the country was better and the left have exposed themselves to be all out crazy. Along with that Trump actually interacts with the people. Biden holds a rally charging people 100s of dollars to attend, thousands to take a picture and then claims he is for the working people.

Next, according to FRED from 2008 to 2016 homeownership rate dropped around 7%. Under Trump it grew 6%. Under Biden homeownership dropped and now has been stagnant. So your point on people owning homes under Biden is false. It grew under Trump. Biden did not create jobs. Job creation is down under Biden. Real wages are down under Biden.

  12. Having a crowd plays a role. When Trump did the CNN town hall the crowd was on his side. It shows independents that Biden has low support. That is why Biden does not want a crowd.

He just did a interview and was grilled on his poor record on the economy where he lied about the inflation rate when he took office. Also, insulin prices are low because of Trump. Biden came in and froze the order and then allowed it to happen to take the credit.

  20. Fact checking is very flawed. The reality is you can give two experts the same set of facts and you can end up with two legit, but different answers overall. People who cry "fact check" usually have poor arguments to begin with and are using it as a distraction. Very similar to those who will make the argument of "common sense". It is not common sense when there is a debate to begin with.
