The Ninth amendment was related to issues that were normal at the time of the writing of the Constitution, such as the right to own land. Abortion was not normal at that time. The 14th amendment is about equal protection and an extension of due process. Privacy is not listed in there. So again, where is abortion listed as a right in the Constitution?

They may get it, but if abortion is illegal and someone is suspected of breaking such law the, under due process, they can be investigated. So by your quote from Wikipedia, you never pointed out how abortion is a right but only privacy which, again, can be taken away with due process.

  25.  @m.jasondoty9062  the 9th amendment are rights that were considered common at the time. For example, owning land was considered a right for white males as that was common at that time. Abortion was not common at that time. Thus, abortion is not a right. The 9th amendment has been looked into a lot and there is a reason why it has never been the sole amendment cited in any court case, because it does not give any direct right like the 1st amendment, for example, does. Thus, it was based on the time it was written on what was common at that time, such as owning property.

Murder is illegal because state and local governments used a process to make it illegal. And if you are charged with murder there is due process where you are put on trial. But let us go down this route, contraceptives. Using them prevents pregnancy. Do you feel people have a right to them? If you say yes, then say a company refuses to sell contraceptives to some people. Should that be illegal? Should contraceptives be free? If so, then you support stealing which you said is illegal.

According to FRED prior to Trump labor participation rate was dropping, under Trump labor participation rate was growing. Even with that, according to FRED unemployment was down. Even with a larger work force wages were going up over 3% where under Obama they were going up at around 2% according to the Atlanta Federal reserve. According to FRED from 2004 to 2016 homeownership rate dropped around 7%, it grew around 6% under Trump. According to FRED the number of steel workers grew showing industrial jobs were growing under Trump. So there you go, you are wrong on the economy. We were more peaceful under Trump. No new wars. You are pointing to wars already occuring prior to Trump which you can't do. Trump did not start any new wars and also spearheaded the Abrahams Accord.

Compare that to the elites who paint one side as completely bad. Trump is honest, there are violent people on both sides, but there are good people on both sides. You have the elites on the left calling Trump voters dangerous and a threat to democracy. That is divisive. Tell me, how is Trump a fascist? I gave you examples of how Clinton and Biden divided us. The fearmongering of climate change has been going on for decades and here we still are. There is a reason why no scientist speaks on behalf of the left on that issue. Don't need social protection programs when the economy is strong enough people can live on their own. Repealing Roe v Wade was the correct move by the SC. Trump had nothing to do with it. Did it hurt the republicans in 2022? Yes, to a degree. But people are no realizing nothing changed when it came to abortion. And nothing else is being removed. Also, abortion is not a right. All removing Roe did was hand it back to the states and, as I said, nothing really changed. We should leave NATO. It is a corrupt institution that wants war.
