  1. You don't force equality just like you don't force inequality. It is the same as force integration is just as bad as forced segregation. You have to let these things happen naturally and evolve.

  3.  @OldManYellsAtClouds  in a lot of ways it does happen naturally. You can't force equality with people who do not want to do their part. A second component is that you can't force equality when you are fighting biology.
