You can remove the federal department of education right now and there will be no significant change in our current public education system and states and local governments run over 90 percent of it. Most funding from the federal government is for Title I schools which are mainly low income inner city schools ran by democrats. As for child labor, unemployment for those 16-19 has been increasing lately. So the youth that are able to work aren't to begin with.

  9.  @theoneandonlymoni6204  from 2004 to 2016 homeownership rate, according to FRED stats dropped around 6%. Under Trump it grew around 5%. A generation is usually around 20 years, not four. Funny how under Trump homeownership rate nearly reached the 2004 high in around 4 years when it was dropping for 12 years.
