@KrisEv01 " what was wrong with the republican lead boarder bill that was appearantly killed by former president trump?" It had support of a handful of republicans out of the senate. So it was not a republican bill. Republicans in the House have their version which the democrats oppose. Also, the Biden administration does not need Congress to secure the border with current laws. Those are the facts. I can go into details on why the House republicans oppose the bill by the democrats in the Senate.
