@dark14life our economy is terrible now compared to under Trump. Interest rates and inflation are still high. Under Trump people could afford homes. Homeownership rates went up around 5% under Trump where it fell around 6% prior to Trump starting in 2004. Under Biden it is stagnant. High interest rates are hurting people. Things are worst now compared to Trump.

@jansilverthorn777 there was no tax cuts for the 1%. Trump cut taxes for the middle and lower class. He wanted to make it permanent but to do that you need 60 voters in the Senate where every democrat in the Senate voted against the tax cuts for the middle and lower class. Please, read the tax code and learn what is actually going on.

@jonathanmcvay4499 the economy under Obama was stagnant at best. You can see that with the drop in labor participation rate that grew under Trump. The drop in homeownership rate that grew under Trump. The drop in union worker rate the grew under Trump. The drop in steel workers that grew under Trump. Our economy is far from normal. As for the debt, you need to look at deficit as percent of GDP. It was higher under Obama and Biden compared to Trump.

How are they violent. You can have a Biden sticker in your car in Oklahoma and you will be fine. I can have a Trump sticker on my car in California and it will get vandalized. The left were the ones doing months of riots in 2020. They were the ones doing riots after Trump won in 2016. Biden wins and Trump supporters just woke up the next day and went to work. You can point to Jan 6th all you want, which was clearly dramatized. The left were violent for months.

@varqtube how? Under Trump the economy was strong. Under Biden the economy is terrible. That is a fact. People were able to buy homes under Trump as seen by the increase in homeownership rates according to FRED stats. Prior to Trump it was dropping since 2004. Under Biden it is stagnant. We are on the brink of WWIII under Biden. Businesses are closing down because of crime under Biden. Now to be fair on that point that is more of a local government thing. But the influx of immigrants isn't helping.

@ghostsamongus3370 pretty much. Also, I feel these liberals have no desire to improve their lives. They have no problem living in a tiny NYC apartment. So whether the economy is good or bad, they won't see it as they have no desire to leave their tiny studio they pay $4000 a month for.

@hurmur9528 under Obama, according to the Atlanta Federal Reserve, wage growth was around 2%. Under Trump it was over 3%. The only wage growth under Biden was because people went from earning zero to nothing, where that wage growth was less than inflation. And that wage growth rate is now dropping. Biden has not seen job growth. The only jobs that came under him were because states allowed businesses to operate. Look up total nonfarm employment by state since 2020. States like GA, FL and TX that opened up early reached their pre-covid numbers a year earlier than states like NY, CA and MI that remained in lockdowns. Basically what we saw under Biden was the equivalent of the government taking your car from you and then 2 years later giving it back saying they gave you a car. The reality is they took your care from you to begin with. Every country does not have high inflation. Switzerland did not. Also, just because other nations experience it does not mean we have too. Murder is high in many nations, so should we not do something to alleviate that? Interest rates are staying high. The recent inflation report led to the Fed saying interest rates will stay up.

@ncwordman depends on where you are at. Are you on the moon? Are you in space? I will need more information. What about air resistance? Why doesn't someone falling from the sky in a parachute fall at that acceleration?

@ncwordman you never said free fall. Also, you never said where. That is why I brought up the moon. Or in space. In space the acceleration is lower. You want to know why? Because gravity is dependent inversely to r-square. In space you are farther away from the center of the earth so the acceleration is around 8m/s^2. Bet you did not know that. You do know I have a physics degree and a PhD in physical chemistry? So even if CNN told me "basic physics" I have the knowledge and experience to look farther. The same goes with politics, issues like economics, etc. These issues are complex and goes beyond the basic. That is why I spend 5 years earning degrees in physics and chemistry and years along with writing a 200 page dissertation for my PhD. Now stick to your 2nd grade level of science, let the big boys talk.

@ncwordman ok, look up Bloom's Taxonomy. Facts are the very bottom level. Same as what are known as site words taught to kindergartners. Very basic. Your point on the acceleration of gravity is very basic. It is inline with "the balls hit at the same time" experiment taught to middle school kids. Anyone can start there. You are at the knowledge level of Bloom's Taxonomy. You can do that with any issue. Give a basic fact. But intelligent people go beyond that to get the full picture. As I said with your gravity example. I went farther. At different distances from the center of the earth the acceleration is different. What about air resistance? Why is the acceleration lower on the moon compared to earth? And you can go even farther and try to relate gravity to quantum mechanics. But as David Griffiths said in his Introduction to Electrodynamics book "There is, of course, a classical theory or gravity.......and a relativistic one.....by no entirely satisfactory quantum mechanical theory or gravity....." Basically meaning, we as physicists do not fully understand gravity ourselves. That is getting to the evaluation of Bloom's Taxonomy. So right now you are at the bottom of Bloom's Taxonomy.

@ncwordman now to add to that in relation to this video. Even if the threats were true, we go beyond that. Almost every politician receives threats. I am sure Trump has and Biden has. What you don't do is make a big deal about it. Doing so gives those making the threats what they want. To disturb you, to terrorize you. And it only leads to more. You ignore them and move on as well over 99% of them do not go through with it.

@ncwordman I don't reject basic facts. Both sides use facts. I reject the interpretation of them. As with here on Nikki receiving threats. Again, all politicians at that level receive threats. That is a fact. If Nikki is receiving threats that is not outside of the norm. What others don't do is cry about them because doing so just empowers those sending them. Those sending them has gotten in Nikki's head. They have won. I did not blow anything out of proportion. I just show that you think on very simple terms. But then again, I bet you are also the same person who hid in your basement wearing a mask because "the science" told you to. I bet you did it without question.

This has been happening for centuries. This is not out of the norm. Smart politicians do not talk about it because one, it normalizes it. And two, it means those sending the threats have won. Over 99% do not follow through, they are just trying to make noise. You just ignore them. The moment you make it an issue it makes it worse and you are falling into their trap.
