  25. Longer term you're pretty safe though. None of us would even be interested in BTC right now if we weren't expecting it to be $100k+ in a year's time. So I think it's safe to buy any time now even if it does go down another 50%. Only a tiny percentage of people ever manage to truly buy the dip. Getting in just before is a much safer option. The golden rule as always... only invest what you can stand to lose etc etc.

  36. I know it's a cliche to say - but Republicans have repeatedly proven themselves (with very few notable exceptions) to be clueless boomers when it comes to issues about social media. The Democrats are just as bad, but of course they don't need to be, since social media overwhelmingly supports and runs cover for them.

  41. NFTs are only as bad as your intentions. I see no issue with adding a fun, nerdy element to user donations. I mean, otherwise you'd donate and get literally nothing. But at this point NFTs have caused so much trouble that we'd all just see them die now - and anything that encourages them is probably to be frowned upon.
