  1. "Public Utility" is exactly how I feel a government should be regarded. It is a tool that we the people use and a tool that we own. Hence the term "public servant", because THEY SERVE US not the other way around! Too many people have come to regard government as a kind of monarchy who rule over us and we are mere subjects. Fuck that.
