  2. Don't be short sighted. There will be no war and they know it. All of the video you just watched is a marketing campaign for Joe Biden. They know Russia won't invade, but when the crisis is eventually calmed down, Biden will be taking the credit for being a strong leader and hey, look... it just happens to be a midterm year. I mean no small achievement can make his ratings any worse at the moment so this would be quite a narrative opportunity for him.
