  2. Kill the Bill isn't a threat against police. It's referring to a bill to clamp down on protesting. That might sound great for you and I, who imagine the inconvenience it would cause BLM, but this would effect everyone. What's more, it defines such activities as anything that can cause "annoyance". Just imagine how that will be interpreted. They are, as predicted, using the pandemic to usher in ever more authoritarian laws.
