  1. I assume it would take a desktop pc with identical system specs longer than a phone to do the same calculation because the signals have to travel further.

  2.  @JariNestel  I'm literally talking about the length of the bus routes, since the CPU needs to interact with RAM for anything to happen. We are limited by light speed so a longer bus will result in more time taken to transfer data.
