  1. I absolutely agree. Why should you just move to a country and expect to live off the teat? If you move to a new country for any other reason than genuine asylum you should be somewhat self sufficient. I support Brexit and we could do well to follow Spain's lead in the UK.

  2. Talked to my brother in law, in his 30's. He has a UK HGV license and he's had offers from all over the place from firms needing drivers. His reason to decline is simple - it's just a shit job. Long hours for modest pay, treated like crap at drops, lack of hygiene facilities, spoils your family life. Who wants to do that?

  9. Well it's a bunch of reasons combined which is generally the same for each country. In the UK the media only want to shout about Brexit when, given the global situation, probably hasn't made much difference in the grand scheme.
