There is a deeper issue here... Almost aside from the issue of efficacy and safety... People feel that they have been gaslit and lied to and treated like fools by collectively the media, government and the ph4rma corps. There is a terrible sense of cynicism and distrust of all institutions after the events of the last nearly 3 years. We NEED this enquiry not just to scientifically legitimise the sharp scratch, but as an act of good faith between the government and it's people. To show that we can indeed still trust them to address our concerns and that they do indeed give a monkeys.
