  1. I don't think they aimed for that. But they must have known it wasn't nearly as safe as they told us and made the calculation that the epic profit was worth the potential fallout, and guessed (correctly) that they would be immune from consequences.

  2. @paolorossi5989 I don't believe it was planned to deliberately harm people. It was born of corporate greed and malfeasance and their complete control of governments and institutions through grotesque financial conflicts of interest.
