  1. I had covid a couple of months ago. Moderate flu like symptoms for a week but boy did it stick around. I felt tired and groggy for at least a month before I felt 'normal' again.

  2.  @RunninUpThatHillh  I am a tradesman and this time of year I'm outside all day. I'm not sure if you're British but it's been a warm summer here to say the least. My vitamin D should be fine :)
