  2. I have twins and I remember my wife and I up in the night feeding one each, both of us exhausted. It is very tough. Once they start sleeping all the way through it feels like paradise 😂

  3. I really should quit the coffee or at least have my last one at lunch time. I seem to be sleeping very well for 8 hours every night, but I am having a coffee at dinner time or later so it must be having effects I didn't notice.
