The West has treated Russia like shit despite them making huge progress as a civilised state and expressing interest in joining NATO.

I misread the title briefly. For a moment, I thought Australia had appointed a "minister for men"; in other words to look out for men's rights and interests in a way similar to how the UK government does for women. What a fool I am.
26
"It's not that Tony Blair is a wicked man" Oh Fraser 😏
26
@mmc1086 I think the average man is just "giddy with glee" to see a pathological liar get busted trying to ruin a man's career on nothing more than an accusation, as has been worryingly common of recent years. Even though despite the legal conclusion being exactly this, she remains the victim in the eyes of the usual suspects. Incidentally, I'm 46 and I also left a (female) abuser some years ago, but I have at least the wisdom to not assume she represents the majority of women.
19
@JackRichardsonM8 It's true though. They don't differentiate the stats. On the flipside of the coin, you'll note that there has been a rise in female rapists in recent years because the stats don't differentiate between women and trans women. I'm not denying the problem of domestic violence against women; it's just that thanks to systemic misandry these days, I don't care as much as I should.
16
It wil. Only a year or two ago it would have been unthinkable for mass immigration to have been a mainstream talking point but here we are. Things are progressing and mass immigration is going to get worse and worse before a stop is put to it so the backlash is inevitable.
12
@JackRichardsonM8 I suspect most of them were trans men. I suspect also the official stats don't differentiate so prove me wrong.
11
In fairness to Spectator here... They are trying to speak to their normie reader/vieewership. We all understand that "far right" is coded language for the sensible centre, but they may not.
11
I can see a future where all porn is AI generated and nobody is a victim (other than the young men whose brains are being pickled by it).
9
And then banned 70,000 conservative account immediately afterward.
8
This will not pan out the way the Democrats think it will. I'm greatly encouraged by this.
8
We cross a rubicon we can never come back from when for the first time we legally mandate a medical procedure for the population. France has done it and the UK will follow.
7
Matt's description of the average conservative (small c) voter is absolutely spot on for where I am now. I intend to vote for anyone that is not a mainstream dinosaur party.
6
Let's face it, her open letter was what we've all thought for the last 3 years.
6
Makes a nonsense of the claim that people don't have children because they can't afford to.
6
@gosiachaaban2484 I would get charged with the murder of a woman AND a child. Yet a woman has somehow the license to kill that child legally for her convenience?
6
I thought the Spectator were a relatively conservative outlet, but this whole discussion was laced with "Oooh but we don't want to stir up the right".
5
@pollyparrot9447 Yes I'm very familiar with it. A female only service that refused to serve a man. And this negates the benefit of a hypothetical minister for men?
5
When everything up to and including the weather is blamed on misogyny, it's hard to not involve men in the discussion.
5
Bob Dylan also wrote a song that went "Idiot wind, blowing every time you move your mouth".
4
@hcsanli No it didn't.
4
I think there is a grain of truth in it. Twitter ultimately pissed him off (as it did all of us) to the extent that he was compelled to do something about this toxic carbuncle at the heart of social media. And he was in a position to do so. Plus he no doubt sees some longer tem business use for the platform.
3
Tulsi dropped a nuke on her which was fun to watch.
3
Brexit wasn't the disaster. It was the utter incompetence of managing it, plus the fact that nobody in government really had their hearts in it.... A stark illustration of just how detached they ALL are from the majority of British people.
3
To be honest I don't really care that much. If you keep alienating and demoralising men, we will just give up and disengage with society. When we do that (we already are) then eventually it will all collapse, because the truth is that men are the people that keep actual physical things working. At which point, feminism will be treated like heresy. Happy days.
3
Our elites will do Jack fucking shit about it. Only a fool would expect them to. We all know what needs to be done, although advocating for it will get you kicked off the platform. So we all stay (publicly at least) silent. There was not sign nor show er the English began to hate
3
A bit like how we've given London to them - and look at the state of that.
3
Rishi is bringing the party back... "from the right".... U wot? 🤔
3
@Druffmaul Come on mate even you can do better than that. Shall we reconvene here in a few weeks and compare predictions?
2
So Britain is getting worse 2% slower than a year ago. Where is the party at? 🎊🎉🎈
2
Wrong Carol. We were asked. And we said NO. But of course we're were ignored.
2
For the government, it is a sport to intervene where they are not wanted.
2
And it was all driven by the American media with Big Pharma:s stilettos on their balls.
2
They do say the majority of IDF watch posts were occupied by young female recruits. Israel are well known for bragging about this aspect of their military.
2
Matt... why are you warning the Conservative party about this impending challenge and reconfiguration of the right? This is exactly what we need. Let the Tories burn, scorched Earth. We should be working to hasten their destruction to get their fat bloated useless arses out of the way and let some ACTUAL CONSERVATIVES have a go.
2
@PooperScooperTrooper I'll vote for "idiot" over "evil" any day of the week.
2
We're men. We can brush this off our backs. When feminism attacks men, all it is doing is sawing through the branch it is sitting on. Civilizations rise and fall and, after they have fallen, that is when men have their time.
2
@kiranmcgoldrick4247 There's an ancient internet meme "r/whoosh" that applies here.
2
£10 grand per day for Matt Hancock. Just let that sit for a minute and reflect on the ansolute state of British politics.
2
@mataform Last time I had to go there to work I didn't see any Welsh.
2
The exact same regime that raised a coup against Boris, manufactured a market crisis to oust Truss, and who installed Rishi himself. When they decide you're not their guy, you're out one way or another.
1
Never heard so much shit in all my life. There was plenty of evidence of fraud during the election. None of it proved anything, of course, but the problem is it was all brushed under the carpet. Clear cases of extremely suspicious circumstances to say the very least . And all along, anyone who wanted answers were told to shut up and go away by an overwhelmingly Democrat friendly cabal of big tech and traditional media outlets. I would suggest that there were tens of millions of people who were furious at the way this was handled before anyone even thought of going to the capitol, and that had as much to do with the violence as anything Donald Trump said.
1
Even now the bill has come due in the form of epic inflation?
1
I bet the feminists are glad they smashed the patriarchy, which used to be the thing that kept this degeneracy in check
1
Rishi gave us a year's paid holiday and we thought it was free 😂
1
Please do not conflate the people protesting in London with "the west". It's not that the west in London is having an identity crisis... It's that the west isn't in London any more. The west has been replaced by something else.
1
I generally agree. His spat with a guy called Pedro Gonzales was not a good look recently though. Look it up. Murray is fantastic as long as he stays in his box.
1
We can never go back to Fresh Prince.
1
"Hold your nose" voting has been endemic in European politics until recently. We used to hold our noses to avoid the smell of shit as we voted, but now, our leaders are rubbing the shit into our faces and making us eat it. They are chiding us that we should like it. It's impossible to tolerate.
1
As long as we have a National Health Service that we are all compelled to fund, claiming to be a libertarian is a joke. The term "lolbertarian" exists for people like this girl.
