  2. Google is by this time a giant automated mess. It's a free service provided to everyone on Earth, so you get the level of support you'd expect under these circumstances. I had my business profile suspended about a year ago and it took me 6 months to get it back. I'm a tradesman and my work leads really suffered, I mean thousands of British pounds lost. I went through it with their "support", which is basically a forum of volunteers. Never once did Google tell me the reason that my profile was suspended, nor did they reply to me with anything other than an automated email. It's like being the star of a Kafka novel.
