  1. My friend I'm in that place about now. I'm doing the old half-and-half routine where you mix in 50/50 decaf and drink that for a week, then dilute another 50/50 decaf and so on.,, By my calculations I'm drinking an 87.5% decaf mix now (full decaf) in the evening and I definitely feel a little on edge, and stressed. I'm waking in the night and worrying about stuff lol. But.... it's nothing like the utter nightmare that were my previous attempts at cold turkey. This time I can tell I'm going to get through it fine.
