  3. When reality kicks in, measures will have to be taken by employers. When they find that there's a good chance any given black graduate is incompetent and a liability, industry will take a hard swerve in the opposite direction out of necessity.

  10. So now we can all look over at our black colleague and assume he got his degree for free (intellectually) because he wasn't smart enough. Sounds like a great way to foster social harmony.
