@richardshortall5987 I actually do think we all have racism in us. And it's a good thing. A healthy degree of in-group preference has been an evolutionary advantage and thus is hardwired into the human psyche. We'll never get rid of it. The problem we have now is that every ethnic group has racial in-group preference, but only whites are told they are not allowed to express it. So many Europeans have been browbeaten into feeling that we don't even deserve to have in-group preference. The uncomfortable truth is that the one group who does not have preference for their own kind is going to be dominated by one or all of the other groups who do. So we'd better start waking up fast - and I think we are.

@135Ops He picked three inexperienced young players to deal with the most significant moment for English football in decades, instead of putting in his reliable penalty takers as he should have. He was setting up a narrative so that three black players would save the day and it backfired on everyone, not least of all those poor lads who had to take the failure on their shoulders.
