  2. In Britain there is a context in which men will call each other the c word as a show of affection. Working class men in particular. The fact that you can call another man those kind of words (and the other man laughs it off) is a signal of trust and bonding. Almost all the worst insults can in fact be used in this way.

  3. No it is not. If it's true... it's just true. I have shaved my head bald for the last 30 years because I lost my hair early and I could not care less. However.... to persistently mock a man for being bald when you know it is an issue if insecurity for him could definitely be classed as harassment.
