  1. Funny to read this from 9 years sgo. This has always been a bullshit argument. It's not that British don't want to do the jobs, it's that they CAN'T if they want to afford to have any standard of life. Migrants from a country whose average wage is a twentieth of what it is here of course will do it and send money home to their familes while they live 15 people to a house somewhere. That's if they are even working legally. And by the way ONS stats now clearly show that the vast majority of migrants, even the legal ones, are a net drain on our economy. It's not even an argument any more. Also official stats prove that almost all our population growth is down to immigration as we wring our hands figuring out how we are going to build enough houses for the obscene number of "new citizens" each year. Because it's a fact that 9 out of 10 new homes built today are for immigrants.
