  2.  @baileynah  I expect that in time, the real and the fake might be indistinguishable. The fact that any given material could be real would be grounds for a zero tolerance policy.

  3.  @Madonnalitta1  They only need the devices because parents have accepted this new way of doing things. I have left school long ago and not one single time did I need to have a phone there or to do my homework. We got along just fine, probably better in fact.
