Step inside Mayor Khan's Ultra Low English Zone and you'll quickly see where the housing demand is coming from. Are we building enough homes for an additional 500k "citizens" every year? Is that even possible?

Why are you still wasting time with dinosaur media? There are tons of podcasts in which people talk for hours about social and economic issues.

More people need more houses. So we have a choice. We either build a LOT more houses or we address why our population is ballooning. (Hint: it's not British people having babies).

@JamesSmith-di4mc Tesco make a profit by taking advantage of capital and property (the site of the store) they own. Should a landlord not be able to profit on the same principle? Should a landlord offer accommodation in his property free of charge? Now that's not to say that Landlords are angels, because a lot of them are absolute villains and should be kept on a very short leash. The issue is that while food abundance means that Tesco have healthy competition from other brands to keep them "honest", landlords exist these days in a seller's market due to the supply/demand crisis.
