  7. He was too combative. Though he is right, there are better ways to deliver and phrase you argument. The girl went away feeling attacked and victimised when it would have been easy to gently educate her. It's not her fault she's that delicate; she's been failed by her education.

  14. Even if it's NOT waste, fraud or abuse, the fact you can't tell us where the money went means the system is WIDE OPEN to waste, fraud and abuse, which is not acceptable. In fact it's a system in which I would be very surprised to find that waste, fraud or abuse was not happening.
