  2. Is it that much of a problem to buy a car that just starts up and drives? A car that doesn't constantly track you on GPS or monitor the road markings or report to the dealer when you have low oil or snitch on you if you take it to an "unauthorized" mechanic. It's just exposed the whole bullshit industry.

  3. You can apply this principle to everything. All your eleccy goods will report various status data back to the manufacturer, basically collecting all manner of data about your habits and routines. That's the whole point of it.
