  5. @ Oh I agree but what I mean is if your whole system runs on the internet then when the internet goes down then you have short term chaos. Nobody has lost their money, but a total outage like this even for a short time could be catastrophic. I think we agree though. As you say at the end, there must be a contingency if your digital service goes out. Such as high street branches... 🤔
