  3. This also applies to the digital space. My separated wife was an abuser in the relationship. She still insists I harass and bully her and yet she WhatsApps me 20 messages every day before I've even got out of bed in the morning. When I block her, she then starts on the SMS texts and then on to the Facebook PMs. She NEEDS me to engage with it.

  7. Oh mate I'm as guilty as any guy for this. My ex-wife is an absolute harpy-witch.... delusional in the extreme about my intentions and what I supposedly did/said years ago etc... I escaped 15 years of emotional abuse and bullying from this woman and EVEN AFTER THAT I am inclined to "let the past be the past" and try to reconcile with her. I can only assume that as men we are hardwired to do it like Pavlovian dogs....

  9. One of the best videos you've done mate. The realisation that you are feeding her drama by your very presence is a useful thing for all men. You're doing her a favour by giving her the space in which there is nobody but four walls and herself to turn the blame onto. She'll start texting you of course, but "stay strong king" and ignore it all.
