  1. I'm on what I'd call "mild" ketosis since about a year ago (although I don't call it that). Basically zero (or extreme low) carbs and only single ingredient foods. No grains, pasta, rice, no potatoes etc. A decent steak each night and 100% of the rest of my food is green veg and chicken salads for lunch. It has indeed worked wonders. Weight just fell off me, it was shocking until I reached an equilibrium about 40lb lighter than I was before and I've stayed right there. I am on zero medication of any kind and I intend to stay that way. These dumb women saying it's dangerous? Never heard anything so stupid.
