  1. (spoliers) The worst part was the troll really. Half a dozen elf warriors getting creamed by the thing and our Gal' basically turned into a superhero and solo'd it in 5 seconds. After that I don't think her portrayal was that bad. I was expecting her to do the same to the sea worm but she just swam away and left the other people to die lol.

  2. I don't wanna hate on Galadriel too much. She was a long way off the most annoying thing in this show. I could have done without the interracial love story that is shoved in our faces almost immediately.

  4. ​ @PrivacyTermsCopyriii  Oh I get all that but the manner of her defeating the troll was far too flashy and overly-stylised as if it's being sold to an audience of teenage anime fans. It's nothing to do with lore, it's the tone of the thing. The "special move" of Thondir making his sword into a launchpad for her was just dumb.

  5. I mean the show isn't totally awful. I loved the locations and the world itself. But yeah. Elves aren't black. Dwarves aren't black. Hobbits aren't black. A real shame.
