  1. So basically, the guy had been tazed after a furious, vicious attack on the police. He started to come back around and obviously was a huge threat when he regained his orientation. So the police officer was ABSOLUTELY justified in suppressing him.

  2. I love all this crying that the policeman who kicked him should have been "professional". Watch the video again. That officer has just sustained an absolute battering from two different attackers and barely escaped. How he managed to still be standing is a miracle. Screw off with your moral pearl clutching. 3 seconds after that attack I don't blame him the slightest amount for lashing out and making DAMN sure that guy was not getting up again.
